Wasiyyah or Wasiya in Islam is the declaration a person makes whilst alive regarding their property and the arrangements according to Islamic law to be carried out after their death. Therefore, this is akin to a “will” in British law.

An asset protection trust is a tool for managing your estate to make sure your assets go where you want them to after you die. An asset protection trust is set up during your lifetime, and assets in the trust are distributed quickly to the beneficiaries once you pass away.
General Power of Attorney and Appointing Deputy
An ordinary power of attorney allows one or more person, known as your attorney, to make financial decisions on your behalf. Deputyship is similar in that an appointed deputy can make decisions and manage the affairs of another person when they have lost mental capacity.
